Designed with a single ring burner which is easily controlled using the front facing control knob and easily lit using the piezo ignition system. The roasting hood features an integrated temperature gauge allowing you to create the perfect cooking environment for different foods whilst the integrated lid holder within the roasting hood allows you to hang it from the side of the BBQ preventing damage from resting the lid on the floor.

This fantastic funnel system allows you to grill foods directly or roast indirectly allowing you to cook any dish you would normally cook indoors, outdoors. The funnel system which eliminates flare-ups and protects foods from burning and helps to distribute heat evenly for a ‘no burn’ cooking system whereas foods do not need to be turned during cooking. The fats and juices which are released from foods lands on the funnels and evaporates giving that much loved BBQ flavour and smell. Any juices which do not evaporate will run along the porcelain enamelled funnel into the collecting tray underneath for quick and easy cleaning. Underneath the cooking area is a drip tray which collects any fats and juices which have not been evaporated for quick and easy cleaning.
