Errors and Omissions Excepted (E&OE):

Every care is taken by World of Power.co.uk Limited to ensure that all information on their website is present and correct - sometimes there may still be errors on this website. If you find an error or omission, please let us know, and we will correct is as soon as possible after verification. We apologise for any inconvenience that may be caused due to any errors or omissions present.

Price and Payment

Payment must be received for the whole of the price of the goods before delivery unless we have agreed otherwise in advance in writing.

VAT @ 20% is already included in prices shown.

Important Delivery Notice

If parcels are damaged or items are missing you should either refuse the delivery completely or sign for the parcels as being 'DAMAGED' If the number of parcels do not match or correspond to the consignment note, this must be stated as 'SHORT DELIVERY' It is your responsibility to ensure that the actions above are followed BEFORE SIGNING. Mistakes cannot be rectified once the number of packages has been signed for. All carrier related damages and discrepancies must be reported to us within 2 working days. We will not be responsible for any carrier-related damage or loss reported outside of this 2-day period.

Cancellation / Returns

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel the order in writing by fax, letter or e-mail for 7 working days after the day on which the goods are received without giving a reason and the full price and delivery charge will be refunded. The cost of returning any item is at the cost of the purchaser, World of Power take no liability in the returns by customers. For more information on how to return please see our returns page.

Refunds

Where a product is returned under the cancellation provisions above we will refund the cost of the product and any order/delivery charges incurred in delivering the product to you within 30 days of receiving notice of cancellation.

Faulty Products

If the product you purchase is not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described, we will offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate and in accordance with your legal rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended). Any such products can be returned to us free of charge.

We will not be liable to you, whether arising as a result of breach of contract or in tort or otherwise for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising as a result of any problem in relation to the goods, although this does not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

Guarantees and Warranties

All guarantees, warranties and assistance from World of Power.co.uk Limited are offered in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.

The Company endeavors to respond to complaints within 5 working days. We always endeavor to handle complaints fairly and swiftly, keeping the customer informed about progress. Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock with our warehouse or supplier you have the option to place your order on back order, you will always be emailed with alternatives if available, the option to cancel your order or to go on back order.

Credit Card Security

We accept secure online payments from all major debit and credit cards. A highly secure service is provided where your details are not held on our database.

Supply of Free of charge Products

Where possible we supply free of charge products as per the description on our website, we reserve the right to supply an alternative product of the same quality and value if necessary.

*Please note free of charge products advertised on our web sites only apply to online orders, click and collect and retail showroom orders.
