HOW DO I RETURN AN UNWANTED ITEM?

Unwanted items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, returns outside of this time must be discussed and agreed with [email protected]. Items must be returned unused and in the original condition. Please return goods to the address below;

Enclose a copy of the original invoice OR make a note of your name and billing address details clearly so we can identify the return upon receipt into our warehouse.  Where possible please DO NOT stick labels to the original packaging, please wrap the item in a protective layer BEFORE sticking any returns label to the box.

Please ensure your product is packed sufficiently well to ensure it is not damaged in transit. We recommend returning goods using a tracked courier service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost / damaged in transit to ourselves. All products will be checked in our warehouse on return and refunds are usually processed within 7 days of receipt, please note if items are not returned in a satisfactory condition the return may be rejected or a partial refund offered. If you require alternative goods you should place a new order online via the website.

CAN I RETURN TO STORE

Yes! Our Buxton showroom is open to the public, simply bring the items into our showroom and the counter staff will be able to process the return for you.
