Satisfactory delivery is a crucial part of the service offered by World of BBQ's, and we aim to provide an efficient, professional and punctual delivery schedule for all our products.
We are committed to providing a safe carrier service to get the products to you in perfect condition. To help ensure that you receive your products in perfect condition products weighing over 30kg and other fragile products will be delivered on a pallet. Pallet delivery is around 5 times more expensive than parcel delivery but it is well worth the extra to save the frustrations of receiving a damaged product and the hassle of arranging a replacement. All pallet deliveries are booked in with you by your local depot unless the next day delivery option is chosen at the checkout, this then becomes an “All day” (Next Day) service. Order cut off time for next day delivery is 3pm, should you place your order after this time the order will be dispatched the next working day. Please note, this pallet delivery service is a kerb to kerb delivery you are responsible for arranging to get the item from the Kerb to your home, which is why we recommend the booking in service so you can make suitable arrangements, the goods will need to be signed for at the delivery address, should no-one be home to accept the goods at the prior arranged date or time additional delivery charges may apply.
During adverse weather conditions we will do our utmost to ensure your goods get to you on time, you will be advised of any delays due to adverse weather.
What are your UK Delivery Charges?
World of Barbecues offers free standard delivery on orders* exceeding £100.00 (inc. VAT) to mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland, you can choose to upgrade this service to a next working day delivery for an additional £2.99 for parcels OR £14.99 for pallets. Orders under £1000.00 (inc. VAT) are subject to a delivery charge of £5.99 for a 2-3 day service or £7.99 on a next working day service. (inc. VAT).
We do not deliver to The Scilly Isles, Channel Islands, Guernsey and any countries outside of mainland UK including but not limited to:
If you choose to purchase a product for forward delivery to an address outside our delivery area; should the item require any kind of repair or replacement, we will only collect the product from the UK delivery address.
Also If you are paying via American Express we can only deliver to the card holders address. We will contact you in the event of an order being placed to a different address to advise of these terms.

These charges are added to your order automatically if your order falls under these categories.
Items in stock are normally despatched within 24 hours small items usually are delivered on the next working day larger items a delivery date will be arranged by us or our couriers. Out of stock items are typically available within 7 working days, our customer service department will contact you if we foresee any delays beyond this, with the option to cancel or change your order. You will be notified by e-mail when your order is despatched and a following e-mail will include your order consignment number and carrier contact details to track the delivery. Please note we can not be held responsible for any orders delayed in the carrier service as this is simply beyond our control. All orders need to be signed for and cannot be left without a signature.
If parcels are damaged or items are missing you should either refuse the delivery completely or sign for the parcels as being 'DAMAGED' If the number of parcels do not match or correspond to the consignment note, this must be stated as 'SHORT DELIVERY' It is your responsibility to ensure that the actions above are followed BEFORE SIGNING. Mistakes cannot be rectified once the number of packages has been signed for. All carrier related damages and discrepancies must be reported to us within 2 working days. We will not be responsible for any carrier-related damage or loss reported outside of this 2-day period.
