The Signature is the leader of the Outback gas BBQ range, this stainless steel gas BBQ boasts a large 45.5 x 96.5cm cooking area.Fitted with stainless steel multi cooking surface with circle cut out for use with the optional wok, griddle or pizza stone (optional extra) making it perfect for cooking with all food types.Each one of the 6 stainless steel burners is lit using the push button piezo ignition which is located in the center of the stainless steel control panel.

New for the 2020 season the Signature MK II BBQ uses either the included flame tamer or Hybrid Charcoal basket to interchange with half of the area. The Briquettes uses are a mix of charcoal and anthracite. This 'fuel' is lit using the stainless steel gas burners, simply turn the gas burners on high for around 15 minutes, when the briquettes start to the ashen grey turn off the burners and the briquettes will continue to burn (much like charcoal) giving you that great tasting charcoal flavour without the fuss of lighting the fuel. PLEASE NOTE, the hybrid charcoal briquettes are NOT included as standard these will need to be purchased and an optional extra.

The Outback Signature features a stainless steel roasting hood, which has a built-in temperature gauge which allows you to roast foods perfectly. The Signature BBQ has a warming rack located within the hood which is perfect for keeping foods warm and freeing up space on the cooking grates. To the rear of the barbecue is an infrared back burner which is perfect for rotisserie cooking - please note the rotisserie is an optional extra please see the accessories tab.

The Outback Signature bbq is built on a movable cart, this stylish but practical BBQ features 2 cupboards and 2 drawers which are ideal for storing all condiments, BBQ tools and all other BBQ accessories to keep them close to you whilst BBQing. To either side of the grilling area is a side shelf, perfect for preparing food. On the right-hand side, between the BBQ and side shelf is a side burner which has a flush fitting lid, this can be closed to extend the side shelf.

Signature BBQs have removable drip trays that are easily removed so you can quickly dispose of any excess fats and juices. This makes outdoor cooking fuss-free and quick to clean up.
