Includes the Modulus Cooking System, a 3-piece cast-iron grill featuring a removeable circular grill which can be interchanged with other MCS accessories.

An enamel coated steel warming rack measuring 64 x 18 cm which sits inside a double skinned hood with built in thermometer, ideal for keeping food warm, retaining heat, and indirect cooking. The grill uses Landmann's PTS (Power Thermal Spreading) System, for a better cooking experience by avoiding less cold spots and evenly distributing heat across the grill. The enamel coated steel flame tamers also help with heat distribution whilst protecting the burners and ensuring food is not burnt from fat flare ups.

Built on a sturdy double doored and walled cabinet, ideal for storage and mounted on 4 lockable castors for easy manoeuvrability. An easy removable grease tray , and 2 foldable shelves with tool holders allowing for easy storage.
