Grandhall Build in Elite G4 Gas Barbecue

Designed with a large 80x45cm cooking area which is generous enough to cook for parties of guests or just a smaller number using lesser burners. The cooking area is formed with 1 hot plate and 3 cooking grates, each grate has been designed specifically so they don't require the use of flame tamers or lava rocks as they ensure juices and fats are efficiently drained away from the burner so there are no flare ups. These grates requires up to 15% less gas consumption than their gas counter parts as the grates do not loose heat and offer faster cooking.

Underneath the large cooking area are 4 stainless steel burners which are individually controlled using the control knobs to the front of the BBQ and lit using the electronic push button ignition. To the rear of the firebowl is an infrared rear burner which provides even heat across the cooking area which is ideal for when using a rotisserie on the barbecue.

Included with the barbecue is a warming rack which sits in the stainless steel hood of the BBQ which allows you to remove cooked food from the cooking grates whilst keeping it warm without burning. This roasting hood recreates an oven effect, expanding the range of foods which can be cooked on this BBQ whilst the integrated temperature gauge allows you to create the perfect oven environment for different foods.
