Offering the perfect combination of versatility and capacity this Excel 20 Elite smoker is the largest of the ProQ range and can hot smoke, roast, grill and cold smoke (with the use of the cold smoke generator). Designed to cook up to 65lbs which is the equivalent to 8 whole chickens with the 2 x 50cm cooking areas. For those wishing to cook for a larger number of people you can add an extra stacker which comes with an extra grill (see accessories tab).

Fitted with 2 long lasting stainless steel grills which are very easy to clean (and dishwasher safe!), a water pan and charcoal holder. The design of this Excel 20 smoker allows you to increase cooking capacity by adding extra step-up grills (available separately) which allows foods to be stacked on top of one another without them touching to cater for large groups. Within the lid of the smoker you will find 5 hangers which allows you to hang foods which is ideal for smoking. The new larger design integrated temperature gauge within the hood allows you to keep optimum temperatures within the smoker for excellent cooking results. Should the cooking temperature rise too much you can control the heat using the 4 vents on the smoker to ensure food is cooked at the desired temperature for results no less than perfection. Within the body of the BBQ you will find probe eyelets which are made from silicon to protect your probe from damage allowing you to place a permanent probe within meats whilst cooking should you wish.

Designed to offer maximum versatility this smoker has two removable middle sections allowing you to make a smaller more portable BBQ which can be used for days out. For those wanting to cook with a short range for higher temperatures you can remove one center piece and for those who will do do long range cooking for longer cooking times can use the smoker as a whole. For those who wish to slow cook their foods using the indirect cooking method can use the water pan which helps to reduce the cooking temperature or for those wishing to directly cook at a longer distance with higher heat can simply remove the water pan. Each layer has a latch locking system which allows easy transport and allowing you to easily lift sections to place food on grill / remove or add additional charcoal.

The body has been manufactured from steel and has been coated with a glossy ceramic finish for weather resistance and heat retention. All the fittings on the smoker are stainless steel including the side handles, clips, nuts and bolts making it more resistant to rust. The access doors on the body of the BBQ allow you to top up water or add wood chips whilst cooking.

This smoker comes with a detachable base that holds the charcoal basket (and a grill for grilling), two stackers each with a 50cm grill and a domed lid. The Elite 20 BBQ smoker model comes fully assembled with only the legs needing to be screwed to the base of the smoker which is very simple to do.
