Designed to be a modern outdoor kitchen built to the highest, the OutdoorChef Lugano barbecue is the result of Swiss innovation and the first of its kind to combine the advantages of the proven gas kettle with a powerful steakhouse burner and an additional side cooker offering maximum versatility whilst cooking outdoors on the grill.

The main grill on the Lugano gas barbecue is the enamelled kettle bowl design OutdoorChef are well known for in the UK and around the world. Designed with a hinged lid which has been finished to the highest standards with an integrated temperature gauge allowing you to see the cooking temperature within the kettle for perfect results every time. Boasting a large 57cm diameter cooking area with a 82cm working height. The patented funnel system inside the kettle eliminates flare-ups which protects the food from burning and distributes heat evenly to create a 'no burn' cooking system. Fats and juices from foods being grilled land on the funnels and evaporates to give that much loved BBQ flavour. Any juices which do not evaporate will run along the porcelain enamelled funnel into the enamelled drip pan underneath which is accessed from the front for quick and easy cleaning.

To the right hand side of the BBQ is a Steakhouse burner which is perfect for cooking at higher temperatures to seal flavours into foods before grilling. For when the Steakhouse burner is not in use, there is a XXL chipping board which covers the burner and creates additional space for cutting large pieces of meat on this high quality antibacterial chopping board. This features a large juice channel which ensures all meat juice is caught when cutting foods so there is no spillage. Next to this burner is also a large stainless steel side shelf with cutlery holders and a high capacity load which can be folded when not in use for more compact storage.

With clean lines and a high-quality glass panel with illuminated control dials and stainless steel shelves it is clear to see why this barbecue is a big hitter. Features a safety light system (SLS) which activates as soon as the valve is opened, the light sensor automatically adjusts the LED lights intensity to match the ambient brightness. The trolley base features a cupboard and a drawer fitted with a soft closing door system for that high quality finish and an integrated tool holder to keep utensils close to hand when required. The generous drawer offers additional storage for an additional grill and pizza stone whilst the cupboard features a shelf for maximum storage. Built on a cart with four castors for ease of movement, two of which can be locked to keep the BBQ in place on uneven ground and features a solid stainless steel push bar which makes it easier to move the BBQ around.
