Boasting a large 64 x 44.5cm grilling surface which is covers with three high quality cast iron barbecue grids and one high quality cast iron griddle. underneath the cooking area is a four burner system which allows the user to use the direct or indirect cooking method and easily switch between the two. The OutdoorChef Australia 415 has a rectangular design which uses a slightly different cooking method to the unique funnel system on the kettle models but still offers the same versatility.

For direct grilling all four burners should be lit underneath the grilling area or if you are looking for smaller numbers ensure the burners directly underneath food on the grill is turned on. For indirect cooking only the two outer burners should be ignited and food placed within the centre of the grilling area so heat from the outer burners can rise and circulate around the food.

The trolley base is designed with two folding side shelves offering ample preparation space and can simply be folded back down when the BBQ is not in use for more compact storage. The integrated tool holders and cabinet underneath the BBQ provides fantastic storage options. Built on four lockable castor wheels which allows easy transportation around the garden or patio.
