Boasting a large 54cm diameter cooking area with cooking grate this BBQ offers the versatility of cooking for both smaller and larger numbers. Underneath the grilling grate is the unique OutdoorChef funnel cooking system which offers even heat distribution so foods will cook evenly through without the need to even turn during cooking. This funnel design also ensures there are no flare ups due to fats and juices dripping on the stainless steel burner as the funnel system completely covers the burners protecting them from flare ups - this truly is a fool proof no burn system!

Designed with the OutdoorChef Gourmet Burner Technology (GBT) which allows this BBQ to have a consistent and continuous temperature range of 80-360° in the standard funnel position and a whopping 500° when the funnel is within the volcano position which is ideal for searing flavours into meats such as steaks. This BBQ really does offer all the versatility you could ask for, cook low 'n' slow brisket, grill steak to perfection or even bake that perfect Victoria sponge for Aunt Sal's birthday.

The innovative Gas Safety System (GSS) offers BBQ gas safety like never before, developed by OutdoorChef this feature has a flame guard which protects the ignited burners from the weather whereas if the burner is extinguished by a gust of wind the flame guard ensures that the burner system reignites automatically each time. This technology means gas is prevented from escaping from the burner when it is not lit and allows you to BBQ at lower temperatures even on windy days. Within the control dials is a safety light which allows you to see at a glance if the gas valve is open or closed allowing you to easily see when the BBQ is lit.

The base frame has been designed to hold a gas bottle out of site and can also house an additional BBQ grid and pizza stone (sold separately) allowing you to keep all cooking utensils close to the grill. Featuring a folding side table to the side of the BBQ which allows for preparation space whilst the tool holders and towel holders are fantastic little finishing touches allowing you to have all the tools required at your finger tips.
