OutdoorChef Arosa 570 Premium Steel Gas Barbecue

Revolutionising the gas kettle barbecue, the Arosa 570 G boasts a large 54cm diameter cooking area with cooking grate making it ideal to cook for smaller numbers or larger numbers for those summer garden parties. Designed with a unique funnel system which offers even heat distribution meaning foods will cook evenly throughout without the need to turn the food half way through cooking! The stainless steel burner design teamed with the Gourmet Burner Technology (GBT) makes it possible to use a consistent and continuous temperature range of 80°-360° in the standard position - something not available currently on any other BBQ in the market today. When the funnel is within the volcano position it can offer a concentrated heat of up to 500° which is ideal for searing flavours into meats such as steak. This BBQ really does have it all in terms of cooking functions, you can cook low 'n' slow such as brisket and pulled pork, bake foods and sear.

Designed with the innovative Gas Safety System (GSS) which makes barbecuing with gas safer than it ever has been before. Developed by OutoorChef, this technology has a flame guard which protects the ignited burners from the weather whereas if the burner is extinguished by a gust of wind the flame guard ensures that the burner system reignites automatically each time. This technology prevents gas escaping from the burner when its not lit which can cause a build up of gas. This also allows you to barbecue at lower temperatures of 80°, even on windy days! The safety light integrated into the control dial allows the user to see at a glance if the gas value is open or closed so you will know when the BBQ is lit or not.

The cleverly designed base frame can be used to store the gas bottle out of site and can also house an additional barbecue grid and pizza stone (sold separately). Designed with two folding side tables which provide ample spare for preparation, the right hand shelf features a locking function allowing you to easily manoeuvre the barbecue. This model also features and additional side cooking plate, practical towel holder and tool holders.
