Outback Jupiter 4 Burner BBQ in Green

Finished in a racing green colour with stainless steel body, the Outback Jupiter 4 burner BBQ will sit pretty in any garden or patio area. Boasting a large 64x42cm cooking area which is split with 2 porcelain coated cast iron grills with a removable centre piece (multi surface cooking grates) which allows you to use the available pizza stone, wok or griddle accessories (sold separately). Underneath the grilling area are 4 stainless steel burners which are lit using the piezo ignition system and controlled individually using the front facing control knobs for ultimate control over cooking temperatures.

Equipped with 4 stainless steel burners all individually lit using the piezo ignition and controlled using the forward facing control knobs giving you maximum control over cooking temperatures and positions. Above each burner is a flame tamer which dissipates fats and juices away from the burners to reduce flare ups and also creates a steam which in turn flavours the food.

Hybrid Cooking

Outback have introduced a charcoal basket to this model which you can interchange half of the flame tamers underneath the cooking grills using the Coconut Shell Briquettes which gives all the great taste of charcoal cooking but the convenience of lighting it with gas. To light, turn the burners on high for around 15 minutes until the briquettes start to the ashen grey turn off the burners and the briquettes will continue to burn (much like charcoal). The briquettes will continue to burn without the burners lit so you can cook on the gas BBQ like you would on a charcoal BBQ! Made from a mix of anthracite and charcoal which gets its uniformed shape inside a kiln. Please note the hybrid charcoal briquettes are NOT included as standard these will need to be purchased and an optional extra.

Built with a porcelain enamel roasting hood which allows you to cook just about anything on your BBQ, whatever you cook indoors in your kitchen you can cook on your BBQ! Fitted with a professional grade large temperature gauge so you can keep check ok cooking temperatures with ease. Within the hood is a warming rack which will keep foods warm without burning allowing you to keep food warm whilst other foods continue to cook or to free up space on the cooking grills.

To the left of the barbecue is a side burner which is perfect for cooking sauces with a lid which can be closed when not in use whilst to the right is a side table with built in wooden chopping board which gives ample space for preparation of food. Built on four castors, two are lockable allowing you to move the BBQ in / out of storage or around the garden to where you require with ease. This stunning Jupiter gas BBQ also features a single layer drip tray which is easy to clean, a bottle opener and a tool rack.
