Create smoky flavours with the Vinson 200, a traditional looking Smoker with 4 in 1 cooking functions, smoke, direct, indirect and cure. You have the option to Smoke your food with the firebox leading to a large cooking chamber with a chimney, easily obtaining that subtle smokey flavour that will impress your friends and family. Direct cooking is ideal for smaller cuts of meat and food that can be grilled directly over the coals. Indirect cooking is suitable for larger cuts or joints of meat, ideally cooked slow and low for melt in your mouth tenderness.

Made from 1mm thick steel body with 1.5mm thickness on the hood, this robust Smoker comes with a large 70.5 x 39.5cm cooking area which is made up of 3 x 5mm thick enamelled cooking grills. The internal warming rack gives you freedom to cook a variety of food in whichever cooking mode you require whilst the hood thermometer means you can keep control of the cooking temperature. The firebox features heavy duty ventilation valves to control the fire.

With two large wheel and a transport handle, you can easily position your BBQ prior to use. The fire box and cooking chamber have been finished with a rounded design to optimism maximum air circulation and both feature heavy duty stainless steel handles to open and close. Ideal for parties and gatherings, the Vinson Smoker BBQ can easily accommodate up to 10 people.
