The flame tamers allow you to either replace tired parts on your barbecue or replace another cooking mechanism such as the lava rock baskets to suit your taste and style.

Which ever gas barbecue you choose you will require a regulator to control the gas flow through to the barbecue, propane regulators offer a higher output whilst butane regulators are ok to use on smaller barbecues requiring lower temperatures and lower outputs.
